At VIZIM, we stand behind every piece of furniture we craft. Our 5‑Year Limited Warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials for the original purchaser—no fine print, no transfer. Here’s how it works:

1. What’s Covered

   • Manufacturer defects in materials or craftsmanship.

   • Repair or replacement of defective parts.

   • Full replacement or refund if we can’t repair it to our high standards.

2. What’s Not Covered

   • Damage from misuse, accidents, or commercial use.

   • Alterations or modifications not performed by VIZIM.

   • Normal wear and tear (scratches, minor fabric fading, etc.).

3. How to Claim

   1. Email us at service@vizimliving.com with your order number and a brief description (photos always help!).

   2. We’ll guide you through troubleshooting, arrange any needed repairs or part shipments, or—if required—a full replacement or refund.

   3. All claims must be submitted within five years of your purchase date.
